A beautiful camping location. The bathrooms and showers were clean, but all out of toilet paper. The fees are self pay so bring cash. The trails are not super well marked and overgrown in locations. I would go back here but maybe when it's not as busy. It's in a valley so all noise is magnified.
It's a small, clean recreating area. The lake is small but perfect for paddle boards. Lots of picnic space. Hiking trails. A great day trip especially by motorcycle.
I grew up swimming at this lake. I wish they still had a lifeguard and it was kept up a little better. Still a favorite because of all the memories. It could be a really great place.
